How to order a paper?
Authorgraph is a platform based on bidding system. If you want to order an essay, a business paper or any other kind of assignment, create an order with specified requirements for a job. In the order form, you must indicate the subject and the type of your assignment. After placing an order, all you need to do is just wait until the most suitable writer makes a bid on your job. Be sure to describe the requirements for work (task) and attach files (for example, guidelines). Indicate the deadline for your order (the time for delivery is considered to be up to 23.59). If the order is urgent and requires execution within a few hours - put the exact time of the deadline. You can attach any file types to 15 MB. If there is a problem with the location of the file, you can archive it.
How to pay?
In order to select the writer and pay for the order, you need to have the money in your virtual account in Authorgraph. This can be done by linking your PayPal account to the account in our platform.
How to choose a writer?
After the writers have made their bids to your order, you can choose the writer that best suits your requirements, at the suggested price and rating. To do this, click on the "Select author" button. The moment you choose a writer, the order is paid – we transfer the frozen funds to writer’s account.
The deadline for delivery is determined by the customer, depending on their needs. You can make an urgent order (for execution within the next 24 hours).
When you put a certain amount of money to your Authorgraph account you will have them in your balance.
Authorgraph guarantees the safety of your money when paying for writer’s work. Payment is made at a rate of 100% immediately. At the time of payment of the order (when selecting the writer), money is frozen on his/her account. A writer will receive money after the end of the warranty period (20 days) and only if he work is completed to customer's requirements. In case the writer does not perform the assignment, the customer must contact Authorgraph support team in order to get his/her money returned to his/her account.
The quality of work (compliance with the requirements for the task and timing) is measured by the customer. In the event that the work is performed in violation of these requirements, the customer can send it for free corrections (within 20 days warranty period). If the problem can not be solved, you can apply for a refund or partial recalculation at email@example.com

Registration/How do I get started?
In order to get started, you need to register and fill out the writer’s accreditation form. After the moderators have verified the data provided by you, you will be granted access to the online database of orders on the Platform. All data must be correctly filled: name, nickname (should not coincide with the mail), phone, date of birth, university.
How do I search for orders?
You can search for orders by choosing a preferred type of work (diploma, course, etc.) and a subject. You can also narrow the scope of search by filtering on price and deadline This is a list of new orders that are selected in accordance with the data that the author noted in the questionnaire for accreditation (types of work and items). The customer pays for the work at 100% immediately when choosing the author. But the money is frozen in a virtual account on the service until the file with the final version of the work is downloaded. After that, there comes a warranty period of 20 days, during which the customer can send the order for revision, and the writer is obliged to fulfill it, if the customer's remarks are justified. How do I know if I have been selected by the contractor?
If you have been selected as a writer, you will receive an e-mail with invitation to become an executor of the order , asking you to confirm that you are ready to start working. After that, the order goes into operation.
How do I upload a finished order?
You need to click the "Attach file" button, which is located under the field for entering comments to the order.
How do I cancel an order?
You need to send the order number and the reason for refusal as an e-mail of our support team
How do I place a bid?
You need to go to any order you are interested in and click on the "Make a bid" button below the nameplate and enter the desired amount in the corresponding field. The bid is automatically hidden from other writers. All bets are only visible to the customer.
How to leave a comment?

Complaint applications are reviewed by the Administration , it takes from one to five working days.
How to file a complaint?
You need to send the order number and a full description of the problem to the e-mail of the support department. You can also upload any file as a final version, after which the customer will be able to request a recalculation. If you are not satisfied with the recalculation or the result of the recalculation, you need to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with justified reasons why you do not agree.
How to receive more orders?

- The speed of work and responses to customer. Do not ignore the messages left by the customers, try to respond promptly and quickly to the questions posed. Select and perform the work you provide in the timeframe originally indicated by the customer.
- Turn on platform notifications. In your account you can set up automatic dispatch with notification of new orders. Select the items and types of work that you are interested in.
- Persistence will help to get more orders. Even if the customer has not chosen you, do not stop there. Every day hundreds of new orders are created by different customers, and one of those times they will chose you.
All transactions within the platform are absolutely safe. When you pay, the information is sent in encrypted form using SSL 3.0 protocol and stored only on a specialized server of the payment system. Thus, no one has access to your payment information.
